Return & Refund Policy

Easy returns are accepted within 30 days for a refund if you're not happy with your purchase. The guidelines shown below can help you file a return request via your order page. Whatever you ask, we will try our best to comply. Contacting us via email ([email protected]) is the recommended method of initial communication.

Conditions for Return and Exchange

  • Must be returned in original packaging
  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
  • All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unassembled or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.

General Return Process

  • Navigate to a previous order or log in to your account, then choose the items you want to exchange or return.
  • Returns for merchandise should be made using the accompanying return label and the original packing.
  • When your returned goods arrive, we'll keep track of them and notify you.
  • As soon as your returned goods arrive at our warehouse, they will be examined, handled, and promptly repaid!

Policies

Unauthorized returns of goods won't be allowed.

After you receive an item, it must be returned within 30 days. Every item needs to be in its original packaging, undamaged, unworn, and in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. The receipt or other evidence of purchase is also required. Customers are required to utilize a shipping method that offers tracking information when returning or exchanging merchandise.

Costs

  • Your return fee will be subtracted from your refund for returns made internationally. Refunds for items returned via your preferred form of return will only be handled after they have reached our warehouse; in the event that your things are lost in transit, you will need to file a dispute with the carrier. If you place an order that exceeds the customs threshold, you can be subject to importation and custom tax fees.

Non-returnable items:

  • All accessories and items with the labels 'FINAL SALE', 'FLASH SALE', 'CLEARANCE', 'HOLIDAY SALE' and 'MYSTERY BOX' are not returnable. I hope you understand this. Returns for items that clearly show signs of staining, marking, smearing, tearing, or other damage are not accepted.

Order Cancellations

  • We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
  • Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order.
